Embassy of Algeria in Botswana Commemorates National Martyrs’ Day – Faithful to the Oath of the Martyrs

The Embassy of Algeria in Botswana commemorated today, February 18, 2026, National Martyrs’ Day under the slogan: “Faithful to the Oath of the Martyrs.”

On this occasion, the national flag was raised to the sound of the national anthem, followed by the recitation of Al-Fatiha and a minute of silence in memory of the pure souls of our valiant martyrs. A commemorative address was also delivered.
