Phone Call Between President Abdelmadjid Tebboune and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni

Today, the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, received a phone call from Ms. Giorgia Meloni, President of the Council of Ministers of the Italian Republic. The two leaders discussed bilateral cooperation between Algeria and friendly Italy, as well as the forthcoming Euro-African summit.

On the same occasion, they also exchanged views on combating irregular migration, in addition to the upcoming visit of the Italian Prime Minister to Algeria after the month of Ramadan, which will provide an opportunity to establish the Algerian-Italian Chamber of Commerce proposed by Ms. Giorgia Meloni.
